Established in 2000.
US Technical Services Group, LLC got its start back in 2000 after the owner received his CompTIA A+ computer certification. We operated in the Ft. Worth area for many years until relocating to Austin, Texas in 2006. Our experience starts over 30 years ago with some of the first personal computers and operating systems like the Commodore Vic 20, and BASIC. To this day, we love to keep up with the latest emerging trends and technologies in IT security and support and leverage that with our can-do attitude, and ability to explain complex technical jargon in easy to understand terms.

We focus on a monthly service model because we don’t like to operate from a place where we can’t have a good day until you’re having a bad one. However, no problem is to small that we will not help you resolve it.
